Paper copies will be distributed shortly and an electronic version can be downloaded HERE.
Please return your completed questionnaires by 30 September 2023.
You can do this by scanning or photographing your form and emailing it to clerk@leafieldparishcouncil.org, or by putting your paper copy in the box in the telephone box on the Green.
Once we have collated the results, we will provide a summary to you all.
