The Parish Council meets on the second Tuesday every month in Leafield Village Hall at 7.00 pm (see list below for exceptions). The arrangements for each meeting will be clearly stated on the agendas which are published three days in advance of each meeting. Meeting dates are shown on the ‘Diary’ tab.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any meeting and there is time set aside for representations on items included on the Agenda.

Meeting Procedures
Correspondence: Any resident can submit correspondence to the Parish Council and this is logged and followed up by the Parish Clerk. A correspondence register is kept and this is discussed during each Parish Council meeting, including where a response or action is required. For a matter to be raised at the current month’s Parish Council meeting, please submit correspondence by either email or letter at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
Public Attendance: We welcome you to attend the meeting of councillors and permit comment by the public on agenda items during the meeting. Within the section on the Agenda for ‘Public Participation’ the meeting will be adjourned and members of the public will be invited though the Chairman to comment on Agenda items only, for a maximum of five minutes each. We remind you that comments should be made through the Chairman and that public participation is only allowed during that section of the meeting.
