Wilderness local tickets and bursary

Wilderness 2022 Local Tickets will be open for registration from this Sunday 27th March, between 10am-4pm at the Charlbury Community Centre.

Key Information

  • Weekend tickets (4th-7th August) available to residents within the postcode OX7 3** and, new for 2022, OX29 9**.
  • Max 4 adult tickets per household and max 4 under 18s per adult ticket.
  • All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times and cannot camp separately.
  • Availability is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • As per last year, to register for tickets, you must visit the Charlbury Community Centre in person, bringing all required supporting documentation (proof of address, I.D. and request form).
  • If approved, Wilderness will then email you a link to book and pay for your registered tickets through Ticketmaster.

You can see our full Local Tickets info sheet and Registration form here but some key points to note are:

  • You must fill out a request form prior to registering. This form is now online only.
  • We highly advise completing the form in advance, so as not to hold up your registration at Charlbury Community Centre.
  • Once submitted, you should receive an email confirming your request – if any details are wrong they can amend this for you at the Charlbury Community Centre.
  • It is key that the lead booker email on this form is correct, as they will receive all confirmation emails, further information and, if successful, links to booking your tickets.
  • Registration will open from Sunday 27th March between 10am-4pm and continue as per below, while stocks last:
    • Saturday 2nd April: 10am – 4pm
    • Sunday 3rd April: 1pm – 4pm
    • Every Sunday thereafter: 1 – 4pm (except Easter Sunday 17th April)

This information sheet / registration also includes details on:

Ticket Transfer

While we know issues were experienced with this feature last year, we have been working closely with Ticketmaster to ensure this is rectified for 2022. So, if for any reason you are no longer able to attend the festival, you will be able to transfer your tickets to another local resident, via Ticketmaster, but only closer to the festival. We will let you know when this feature is available.
