The next Parish Council meeting is on Tuesday 1oth February 2026, at 7.00 pm, at Leafield Village Hall.
The meeting is open to the public, and residents are welcome to attend.

11. To consider co-ordinating with other rural villages to request a change in OCC’s prioritisation of more urban environments when assessing the impact of issues on road users and agree actions
12. To consider a paper listing specific signing and other highway related requests and agree actions
13. To consider creating a database of potholes in the parish reported on FixMyStreet and agree actions
14. To consider any other suggestions regarding highway matters received from residents and agree actions
Planning

16. To comment on any planning applications received before the meeting
17. To receive an update of previous planning applications and appeals
Administration and Finance
18. Payments and receipts – To ratify previous payments, to review and approve current payments, to note current receipts
19. To instruct bank signatories to approve the payments
20. To consider the budget virement report and agree actions
21. To consider the reserves transfer report and agree actions
22. To review and approve the policies and procedures as per appendix 1
23. To consider a grant request from Leafield Preschool for a wildlife camera
24. To consider a donation request from the Village Hall to contribute to the installation of new aluminium doors
