Policy and Finance

8. Budget update – To review and approve the current year budget update

10. Finance update – To review and approve the finance update, to review and approve the bank reconciliation
11. Payments and receipts – To review and approve current payments, to note current receipts
12. To instruct bank signatories to approve payments
13. To review and approve the Requests for Information Policy
14. To review and approve the Press and Media Policy
15. Community Engagement Survey – to receive update regarding Community Engagement Survey and agree actions
16. To consider Clerk request to attend the SLCC Practitioner Conference in February and training for 2022
17. To consider delegating authority to the Clerk
“In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK and in the event that it is not possible to convene a meeting of the council in a reasonable time, the Clerk, in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair, shall have delegated authority to make decisions on behalf of the council where such decision cannot reasonably be deferred and must be made in order to comply with commercial or statutory deadline. The delegation does not extend to matters expressly reserved to the Council in legislation or in its Standing Orders or Financial Regulations. Any decisions made under this delegation must be recorded in writing and must be published in accordance with the relevant regulations. This delegated authority ceases upon the first meeting of the council after the meeting at which the delegation was put in place.”

18. Playground – To receive regular playground inspection reports and agree actions

19.2 To note receipt of Geocore drainage report 15/10/21 and agree actions
20. Village Hall Carpark – To consider quotations for surface works to the entranceway of the Village Hall carpark and agree actions
21. Grass cutting and maintenance – To agree contract period for grass cutting and maintenance contracts

Environment

22. Speed indication devices – To consider quotations for speed indication devices and agree actions
23. Churchyard wall – To consider quotations for churchyard wall repairs and agree actions
24. Village Green working group – To receive update from the Village Green working group

Budget and precept

25. To consider the draft budget for 2022-2023 and agree actions
26. To set the precept for 2022-2023

Planning

27. 21/03513/S73 – Variation of condition 2 and removal of condition 6 (relating to windows that serve en-suites) of permission 18/00890/FUL, to allow the amendment of house design and design and location of garage. Removal of condition 12 (also of permission 18/00890/FUL) to allow for ancillary and residential services – Roselyne, 60 Lower End, Leafield – comment by 14 December 2021
